Marvellous and magnificent location excellent right on the Plaza, public parking close to the hotel. Very pleasant staff with knowledge of the place. Savoury and tasty breakfasts, with hot dishes.

I was offered a room with incredible views of square and cathedral. It had central location close to Musee Bargoin.

The location was great and fantastic yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. Being close to Crousti Pain was nice, we had dinner there. The rooms were quiet and luxurious with ample space and hair dryer, for instance, the breakfast was ideal.

Had a really great stay during our weekend. Very pleasant employees helped us a lot. The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered warm dishes. The location was marvellous and excellent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a French national monument. It was located in a pretty comfortable area.

There were rather spacious and luxurious rooms with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

I would say it's great base for staying and exploring Clermont-Ferrand. The staff are fantastically friendly, they keep the place clean. The location is marvellous and fantastic, in Jaude square😀

The breakfast was ideal and sensational, the staff was wonderful, the grounds were fairly clean. The rooms were good with great views, refrigerator and coffee maker. Location: the hotel was next to the stadium, a range of shops and a shopping center. I checked out a compact park, that was set just a pleasant stroll away from the property. I spent some time with cold drinks in the lovely downstairs bar.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with stray hairs in the bath and on the bed.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right on the lively Jaude square with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast offered a good selection of options. Despite some noise from the bars in the square, my suite had a beautiful view of the Cathedral. I had an enjoyable stay at this centrally located hotel.

The staff were exceptional and affable, provided us with a new-fashioned room with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. Location: the hotel was near to the bars and the main square of town.

Staying in the city center, I was able to easily visit the town's famous landmarks, including the cathedral, the basilica, and the old town. The hotel was very close to great restaurants and located right on the lively central square. The staff was helpful and able to recommend local eateries. My room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities.

Although the hotel had great amenities, the parking situation was confusing and caused a bit of stress during my stay.
